secure your booking with us we require a non-refundable
$300 deposit - Balance due 60 days prior to arrival. If
guest cancels within 60 days of arrival, no portion of
the deposit will be refunded. **

Property Management Company requires a $300 Security Deposit
upon arrival. Their office will take an imprint or swipe
your credit card and has the right to charge you if anything
from the property you are staying in is missing, damaged
or misused otherwise your deposit will be refunded upon
a satifactory inspection.
