The
Master Bedroom has a king sized bed with a en-suite bathroom
and private access to the swimming pool. Every single bedroom
has a TV with cable access to over 70 channels. The 4 bedrooms
have been furnished to give flexible sleeping accommodation
for up to 8 people. The 2nd bedroom features a another king
sized bed with an en-suite bathroom. The 3rd & 4th bedrooms
have twin beds and one of these rooms has been themed as
a Finding Nemo room which was designed especially for the
younger children. Both rooms share the 3rd bathroom.
One
of the unique features that our villa offers is a games/play
room. Our oversized games/play room is located on the 2nd
story of the villa. It has cable TV, DVD player, table tennis
plus many more table top board games and it is ready for
you to hook up your games consoles. This is a unique feature
for a Florida villa especially as our games/play room is
an actual room and not a garage conversion unlike many other
Florida villas. The games/play room also has it's own private
bathroom.
Each
room is beautifully finished with comfortable and relaxing
styled furniture. All bed linen, blankets, pillows and towels
are all provided for up to 8 guests. With this amount of
fixtures and fittings that we offer you can see why our
villa is very good value for money, especially when you
break it down by the number of guests our villa can accommodate.
And
finally the private pool at the rear of our villa has electric
pool heating. So no matter what time of year you visit us
you can always count on getting into a warm swimming pool.
Our pool area also features a large exposed and covered
lanai area which makes it ideal for spending those sunny
days relaxing either in or besides the pool with the entire
family.
